I felt compelled to “ like “ the post despite there not being anything likeable about it ??? We are bound to ask before Sizewell C is officially confirmed, ( joking ) , where will the waste be sent if Sellafield is “ falling apart “ ?

The answer is to be found in the supply chains. Not all depleted uranium is required for armaments. Disposal underground creates another link to add to the one in the arms industry. Between both links, political decision makers are virtually guaranteed to be re-elected and the status quo’s continues .😥☢️🤮

Well if that’s the answer then why don’t they “ chuck it “ straight into the North Sea at Sizewell and save themselves the hassle. ??? Aaaargh.

The reason as we all know is that before they can dump it, the hole will need digging. That’s another few £ billions and probably as much as Sizewell C. itself.???

Question.? Are these the economics that graduates from Oxbridge get taught these days ?
